Also, I uploaded new icons for my journal :P I'm really proud because theyre actually my personal logo that I did for Graphic Design :P WOOT!

Anywho, this is what I'll probably be doing next:

Ok so I know it's been a while since I posted :P this semester has more or less kicked my ass. It's 3 days til the end of classes so thats why I'm finally able to post :P I've actually been going to post these for like a freakin week but I just haven't had time or have been incredibly tired. I'm making use of the printer being down in my graphic design class to use the super fast internet to do this really quickly lol.

Hola! So you guys know, I TOTALLY did not think I would be posting icons right now :P because im in the worst few weeks of college. The end of the school year. Because I have a shit-load to do, and at this point I am so sick of school I wanna pull all my hair out. WHICH SUCKS, because I have 6 weeks of summer class every day to follow this :X O well..

Granted this is a pretty small post. Its 70% Twilight :P I went a little crazy, too, because I did a few pairs of icons from the same base, because I am the most indecisive person in the world and i liked them both :P sorry :P Also, the last of Prince Caspian, which is only a few bc I ended up getting really pissed at the caps :P Lastly, some Half Blood Prince trailer stuff because THE TRAILER mADE mE SQUEAL TO DEATH. Epic Win. And some Order of the Phoenix bc Im gonna go thru all the movies and do random stuff that catches my eye. Thus why theres only a few.

As for what to look for in the future, I cant make any promises when Ill post again. I know for the week and a half I have off from school Ill be bored out of my mind, so no doubt Ill make something. But once summer class starts, Im in the computer lab staring at the monitors for 4 hours a day every damn day.. So I really doubt ill want anything to do with a computer when I get home :P

Helloo.. I figured since it's been over a month since my last post, I figured I would do some updating :P

So I know i said I would be posting again, and I did say it would be less than it used to, but I've been super busy/really kind of having some issues in my RL. Ive had caps of Lord of the Rings in my computer for like a month that I've only done like 3 icons of :P BUT I'm gonna start working on them again. Odds are good there won't be a post until my spring break, the 2nd week of March. Thats what I'm shooting for. As for what will probably be in it...

- Lord of the Rings- random stuff from all 3 movies
- Harry Potter- Probably some HBP stuff and possibly some OotP or something else
- Kingdom Hearts 2- I just started playing it again, so I cant help myself :P ITS SO PURDY

Hey there!! :D I figured its been a few months, and Ive been debating this community a little the last few days, so I figured I would let you all that are curious know whats up w/ me :) Along w/ 2 presents :P

So I figured around this time of the year I would know if this place would stay on hiatus, or if it would be closed permanently. As of right now, Im probably NOT going to close it. I needed this little break. I finally feel like I got my creative impulse or whatever back, so I feel more capable of making stuff I like. Right now thats all going towards my art classes, which some of the stuff I might put in my deviantart account sometime soon, if anyones interested :)

As for coming back w/ new stuff, that COULD happen over winter break, and COULD continue after break. Im moving in late December, early January, and will probably have internet permanently. Also, Ill have more free time, and unfortunatly 1 less class than anticipated, so we will see. Til then, I doubt Ill have time for anything, because Im REALLY swamped right now. Either way, Im not promising anything, because the future is a little shaky for me right now. But I feel like soon I would be ready to make some new stuff :)

Also, when it gets closer to Christmas, I will be doing Xmas requests again this year :). The post for requests will probably go up the first week of December, or that weekend, because thats when Im done w/ school. I wont be taking that many, tho.. Probably at the most 6 or 7, because Ill be working a lot over break.

Anywho, because I wanted to post an update, I havent really made much lately, but I did make a new desktop that I like a lot. Also, I adopted a new fandom, Twilight :P SO if I come back w/ new work, THERE WILL BE LOADS OF TWILIGHT! :P Probably mostly quotes, because Im not huge on the movie, and because my fav character is still a minor one right now, which is why I made my Team Jacob icon, because I cant find almost any! Jacob is awesome. Enough said :P

Hey guys. I come bearing bad news, lol.

I'm officially putting this place on a full Hiatus til further notice.

I'll be doing a bigger basic post above this one, but I figured I would explain things really quick..

As I said, I got a job, and I've already been so busy the last 2 weeks I've had NO time to get online and haven't even thought about making icons. Thus this is reason #1. Next week I start school, and I now how incredibly busy I am w/ school, and I know that considering how busy I am now, things are gonna be impossible once classes start. I literally will have no time for cleaning and seeing friends and family let alone my class work.

Reason #2 is that I'm finally making myself start focusing on what needs to be focused on in my life right now. I need to change a lot of things, and one of them is to focus entirelly on classes, because school is my major importance right now. I need to do good so I can get accepted into my BFA program, and I haven't given it enough attention. Also, I need to stop being online so much and start making myself be lot more social. Giving up Livejournal right now is the healthiest thing I can do for myself at the time.

I won't be doing requests anymore, and I'll probably rarely check comments, but that doesn't mean you cant leave them! lol. In December, I'll re-evaluate things, and odds are good I might just close this place alltogether. But we'll see.

As a going away gift, I do have some icons! Lol. There's not a lot, just a few from the Promo's and first trailer for Half Blood Prince, which I like A LOT, which is why they're being posted, lol, and I also have like 3 that I did b4 I ran out of time from Chamber of Secrets, as well as a handful of Heroes Season 2 icons, before I couldn't find anymore caps for the season :P

FYI, I'm not sure if I'll be pimping these out or not, so they're kind of just a sort of exclusive for those who've friended my journal, to thank you all :)

Hey guys! Just popping in to do a little updating really quick.

First off, I'm considering cutting down a lot on my activity in this place. I finally, after like 3 months of busting my ass, got a job :P I start next week, and until classes start for the fall, I'll be working around 30 hours a week, and then on weekends during the school year. Partly, I'm thinking as busy as I was last semester, and how little time I had for this place, I know that it'll be the same this semester. I have less classes that will keep me busy.. I think... but w/ a job, I'll still be pretty busy. Also, I'm seeing the activity of those popping in here and checking out my posts is definetely going down. I'm not saying I don't appreciate those of you who always comment on all my posts, because you guys are MADE OF WIN, and I heart you all :) More or less, I'll see how things go for a few more weeks, and then I might put this place on a sort-of Hiatus for the semester, or I might just go full out and close it down until I have the time again to keep things running if my time I take up creating and posting icons isn't all that appreciated or needed.

ANYwho.. I also feel the urge to make a tutorial or two :P Out of the last 2-3 posts, I saved a few icons as PSD. files, so I could go back and make tutorials w/ them easier. I'm going to post all of those here, and if anyone wants a tutorial for those, let me know. Additionally, if there's an icon not listed you'd really like a tutorial for, leave it in a comment and I'll see what I can do. However, just check out the ones I'm posting, at least, because the methods I use are pretty much the same for most of the icons I make, so there probably simular to the ones listed here. After checking, the only exception is my most recent post, which I only saved one for, so there might not be any that cover techiniques I used in that post. Also, if you want one that's not listed, I'm totally up for doing it, but it might take a little longer, bc I have to track down the cap and do the whole thing up from scratch.
